Privacy Policy

Effective Date: [Insert Date]

PVE Hub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you access or use our decentralized voting platform (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal user data required to operate the Service securely and transparently:

  • Wallet Address: Collected when you connect your Solana wallet to interact with the platform. This is used to associate actions such as voting and submitting contract addresses.
  • Transaction Data: Includes voting history, contract addresses voted for, SOL amounts paid, and fee distribution logs. This data is stored on-chain and may be visible via public blockchain explorers.
  • Optional Contact Information: If you contact us directly (e.g. via support email), we may store your email address for communication purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To enable the voting process on the PVE Hub platform.
  • To record and display anonymized voting activity for transparency.
  • To allocate fees appropriately:
    • 60% of fees go to the liquidity pool of the winning token.
    • 40% of fees go to the platform's treasury wallet.
  • To monitor usage patterns and detect irregular voting behavior (e.g., large or suspicious transactions).
  • To respond to user inquiries or support requests (if applicable).

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising purposes.

3. Blockchain Transparency

Due to the decentralized nature of the Solana blockchain, all voting and fee transactions are publicly visible and immutable. By using the Service, you understand and accept that your wallet address and associated activity may be publicly accessible via the blockchain.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the platform and any associated off-chain data. However, please be aware that:

  • The blockchain is public and immutable by design.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own wallet and private keys.
  • No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection from all threats.

5. Use of Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on the website. Cookies may be used to:

  • Maintain session state.
  • Track basic usage metrics (anonymously, if applicable).

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to facilitate blockchain interactions (e.g., RPC providers or Solana explorers). These third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and are not controlled by us.

7. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Maintain platform functionality.
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Respond to user support requests.

You may request deletion of any personally identifiable data (e.g. email, if voluntarily submitted) by contacting us at [insert contact email].

8. Your Rights

Since PVE Hub does not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided, data access and control rights are limited to any data you submit through support or contact channels. You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data you've shared.
  • Request deletion of that data, if applicable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
